Children are curious and capable of constructing their own learning. This strong image we have of children is what defines our role as adults around the child.

We are not teachers, but co-researchers. Co-constructors of meaning. Facilitators. We observe and listen to children and offer them resources and experiences that enhance their explorations, as well as build their knowledge and skills. In doing so, we empower them to lead their own learning and become strong, independent problem-solvers.

No previous experience of working in this way is necessary. Like children, you just need to be open, curious and willing to learn! All our staff are given a full induction upon joining, as well as ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
